We are a home repair and renovation company located in the greater Franklin, TN area run by a husband and wife team using their complementing skill sets to serve others well. With backgrounds in multifamily and project management, we not only know how to do the job but know how to do it while staying committed to our values of providing reliable service through quality work and realistic expectations.

The faces behind the company...
We are a husband and wife team with complementing skill sets and backgrounds in the multifamily industry and project management. So what? What does that mean for you?
It means you have someone to specifically focus on doing the work and all that goes along with it, while the other keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The bigger benefit to you is that the person doing the work isn’t “burning both ends of the stick”. This means more time spent with you in the form of connecting, explaining the work needed, how and when it’s going to be completed, and doing quality, reliable work. On the administrative end that means faster response times as you aren’t waiting on someone out in the field to eventually get back to you, keeping the job moving along swiftly. At Roth Repairs and Renovations, LLC, we are all about communication on both ends and we firmly believe that having one of us on each end, makes all the difference to you in the process and your experience.
The Fun Stuff...
We both grew up in West Michigan, but have lived and worked in the greater Nashville area for over 5 years. Sadie is a Tennessee native though (you'll see more on her below)!
- Ask us where we are from and in true Michigan fashion we will still gladly point to a spot on our hand to show you. ✋
- We still call it "pop". "Soda" just hasn't made its way into our vocabulary yet. 🥤
- Listen long enough and you will likely catch our Midwest accent (though we've been told that the Southern accent is starting to come out!) 👂
- We will gladly play a round of Euchre - though it's been a minute and we may need a refresher.
Our Michigan roots make us who we are, but like so many others that have moved to Tennessee, we know that we are where we are supposed to be as we grow our business in a community that has so quickly accepted and supported us. ❤️

The one with all the technical know-how and experience to get the job done right the first time.
Brandon is likely the first face you will see as he's the one on-site making sure everything is completed just the way you want it.
He does the estimates, the repairs, and has the knowledge and patience to walk you through the "why" behind almost anything. His background in multifamily maintenance gives him a well rounded edge in knowing how to fix almost everything and his experience in project management equipped him with the communication skills to efficiently oversee any size project.
He served in the US Army National Guard where the Army values became part of his DNA.🦅
He knows what's in his wheelhouse and is transparent about what isn't. He's a fixer - by trade AND in client relations.
His hope is that those he works with don't feel like clients, but like family. He can often be heard stating that his focus for the company is to be a reliable contractor you can count on. We hope to have the opportunity to prove it to you soon!

"The Operations"
The one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Think "office things" and she does it.
Kayla is the operations side of things. While Brandon may be the first face you see, you've likely already either spoken with Kayla or unknowingly "met" her through her writing (she's the one that does all of our marketing). She is the first point of contact as she does all of the initial responses, schedules the estimates and repairs, follow ups, accounting, and more. She's the one that keeps everything moving and on track behind the scenes.
Having coordinated all maintenance repairs for a nearly 900-unit apartment community (and being married to a maintenance man), she's had her fair share of exposure to the maintenance world. While you won't catch her fixing things, you can count on her to have a thorough understanding of the workflow needed to get your home repairs done quickly and efficiently.
Her forethought and attention to detail is what makes her great at planning and seeing your project through to completion.

"The Motivator" (aka Office Mascot)
The one that keeps everyone grounded and ready to take on the next day or project.
Here at Roth Repairs and Renovations we are firm believers that every team member counts - even the furry ones!
Sadie is the fur-child of owners, Brandon and Kayla. Sometimes office assistant, sometimes office mascot - this pup does it all! When the weather is nice she can sometimes even be spotted doing some ride-alongs in the truck! 👀
She's a 5 yr old, 75 lb lab mix that loves all the human attention. She was rescued from Williamson County Animal Center when she was about 6 months old. Like all animals, she definitely has her own personality - sassy side and all! Don't let her size or appearance fool you - she's a lover! She adores children and small dogs!
