Our Commitment: We pride ourselves in communicating effectively from day one. We set appointments for estimates, repairs, consultations and more using a 1-2 hour arrival window. We send reminders of your upcoming estimate appointment, send our anticipated arrival time the day of, and follow up after the estimate has been sent to you. We set a communication plan upfront, so you know what to expect and when to expect it. We are big on clear expectations, but the unexpected does happen. Know that when it does, we will communicate with you. After all, we can only truly address a situation head-on if we are all on the same page to begin with.
Your Worry: Incomplete Work (or not to satisfaction)
Our Commitment: Back to our big commitment of clear expectations, we set a timeline with scheduled satisfaction check-ins. We want to leave the window for communication open. This means you will hear from us and if you aren’t happy with something, let us know and we promise to address it. Most of the time there is a reason that something is done a specific way and other times it can just be a matter of preference, so no matter the situation rest assured that you hired us for our expertise. If we can adjust it so that you’re happy, we will. If there is a specific reason something is being done a certain way, we will take the time to show you and explain it to you, so you feel confident in the way the work is being done.

Our Commitment: If you haven't gathered already, we are committed to standing out in the home improvement industry. One of the clearest ways we do this is in our professionalism. We arrive on-time, show up in professionally branded shirts with our logo, and clearly communicate with you before and after your estimate, repairs, etc.
